When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

With the Lunderg smart technology ecosystem, you can keep your elders safe wherever they may end up. Simply put, it makes your life so much easier.
First put the batteries into the monitor and loop the bands through the clips and eyelets on the bed pad.
Before you attach the pad to the bed pull back the sheet and turn the pad ON by opening the transmitter pocket.
Next turn ON the monitor and press the “PAIR” button on the monitor until the status LED light turns a steady green. Make sure to complete the pairing before the lights turns off! Then press and release the center zone of the bed pad to pair it with the monitor. The Status LED light won’t be steady anymore and the Sensor 1 red LED light will blink once to indicate it has been recorded. Just to be safe, please do a quick test.
Position the sensor pad across the bed beneath where the hips of the patient will be, and make sure the neck of the pad is hanging off the edge of the mattress.
Then secure the pad to the bed, using the clips and rubber bands. Pull the bands tight so the pad will have minimal movement, which greatly reduces false alarms.
Last cover the bed pad with the fitted sheet.
Next, open the transmitter pocket which is located at the back of the chair pad. Inside the pocket, you can find the transmitter.
There is an ON/OFF switch. Please make sure the transmitter is set to ON.
Now that the transmitter is ON , you can pair the chair pad with the monitor.
Press the “PAIR” button until the status LED light turns a steady green. Make sure to complete the pairing before the light turns off! Press and release the center zone of the pad to complete the pairing. The Status LED won’t be steady anymore and the Sensor 1 red LED light will blink once to indicate it has been recorded. Your monitor can control up to 3 compatible devices. If you had a Lunderg Bed Alarm System or call button already paired it would then be added as Sensor 2 or Sensor 3.
